Ballet freely adapted from Lewis Carroll by Adonai Luna
Curious, young Alice follows a white rabbit and ends up in a strange, wondrous world. It is inhabited by strange characters, fantastic creatures and full of absurd situations: Whether in conversation with the Cheshire Cat, at the Mad Hatter's tea party or in a duel with the cruel Queen of Hearts - a whole host of tasks await Alice, constantly challenging her courage and skill. It soon becomes clear that the question "Who am I?" is at the heart of these mysterious experiences. Alice embarks on an adventurous journey into another world and back to herself.
The story, which the eccentric mathematics lecturer Charles Lutwidge Dodgson (pseudonym: Lewis Carroll) wrote for the entertainment of 10-year-old Alice Liddell and her sisters and published in 1865, takes us into a fantastic world in which the laws of language and logic are suspended and which still inspires young and old alike to dream.
